Shipping is free on all orders over $40, orders below $40 has a flat rate of $5.99 for shipping. Packages take about 1-4 business days via USPS to the 48 US contiguous states. Other states and US territories may have slightly longer delivery times. During holidays or poor weather, packages may arrive within 4 - 7 business days.
Any one or more of a few possible factors may affect the delivery time of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) the weather or USPS issues. We ship packages from Monday - Saturday. USPS does not accept packages on Sunday and all observed holidays.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is available to the US states and territories only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
DiscountBeauty will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping Charge is not refundable. After 30 days please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for electric tools (Warranty information will be provided in respective manuals of such electric products).

All original packaging (box packaging, inside packaging which includes but is not limited to: tags, tissues, manuals, accessories)
Original condition (unwashed, unworn, physically undamaged including packaging)
Residue free and odor free
A refund will be issued once your products have been received and processed. If a refund is requested, we will only issue a refund to the original method of payment and no other method.
All shipping costs for a return are the customer's responsibility unless return was a result of our error. It is recommended that all returns are shipped back in corrugated boxes to prevent damage to the packaging or product during transit. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking service, for we are not responsible for lost packages. We are unable to refund, exchange or give store credit without proof of delivery.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please see 'Restocking Fee' for more details
If requesting a refund and the product does not have a verifiable manufacturer defect, then a refund will be given with a 20% deduction for the restock fee. If the product has been tampered with, the return will be voided, and we will be unable to return or exchange the item.
